We provide multiple shipping options for each country, clearly outlined in all quotations. Our official logistics partners are DHL and FedEx, known for their wide-reaching delivery networks and time-definite shipping services to over 200 countries and territories.

On occasion, we may use alternative carriers for operational or logistical reasons.


Processing and Delivery

Stock items are generally dispatched within 24 hours of receiving payment confirmation. Delivery timelines are specified in the quotation, with various options including Next Day Delivery to several destinations.

We also provide time-definite and Saturday delivery services to suit your needs. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Notification Email with the carrier details and a tracking number for real-time tracking.


Express Delivery

We understand the urgency and cost implications of equipment downtime. That’s why we offer worldwide express delivery for all products through our global network of partner warehouses and distribution centers—ensuring fast and reliable service worldwide.


Arrange Your Own Shipping

If you prefer to use your own shipping company, we support that option. Please note:

  • A packing and handling fee may apply.

  • Contact our sales team with your shipping account details and preferred service level to proceed.

Important: If you choose to use your own carrier, Hindustan Marine Co is not liable for any loss or damage during transit. You must handle any issues directly with your chosen shipping provider.


Local Customs Charges

All import duties, taxes, and local customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not accept liability for these charges. Please ensure compliance with your local customs regulations.


Order Status and Issues

Missing or Delayed Orders:
Delivery usually occurs within 2-5 business days after payment, depending on the selected delivery method. If there are any delays, we will inform you promptly. If you suspect your shipment is lost or delayed, please contact us for assistance.

Item Temporarily Out of Stock:
If an item is out of stock but expected soon, we will hold your order and ship it once available.

Item Unavailable:
If an item is discontinued or permanently unavailable, we will notify you. If no suitable alternative is available and your payment has been made, we will issue a full refund.

Payment Declined or Not Received:
If your payment is declined or not received, we will reach out to request updated payment details. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.
