Return & Refund Policy

1. Payment: 100% advance via BANK TT / PayPal / Payoneer / with a purchase order.
2. Destination country/buyer’s country, import duties, and tax are not included in the price quotation.
3. Lead time: Ready stock.

5. Shipment: Dispatch within 24 – 48 hours of payment confirmation.
6. Shipping: Shipping through DHL – FedEx – UPS for consignments below 40 kg. LCL / FCL for heavy consignment.
7. Offer subject to remain unsold against order confirmation.
8. Our items are New/Surplus & Used/Second Hand. We do not provide brand New Materials.
9. Warranty: 30 days technical warranty if the product is found to be not working or any other technical issue arises, then we will refund or replace it within 30 days.
10. Return Shipping is always from the Buyer’s Side.
11. Since we are a trader and not a manufacturer or a dealer, we cannot provide you with any technical datasheets or any certificate.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from when you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we can resolve the issue.
 
Except for perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), items with condition-specific parts only, non-working or as-is, and personal care goods (such as beauty products), items cannot be returned. Please do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.
 
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The best way to ensure that you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
